ENGR 200 - Introduction to Engineering and Design(3 credits) An introduction to the engineering profession and design. This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of engineering design and analysis through involvement in solving problems in a project team approach as well as individual study/lab sessions. The course will also cover engineering from the perspective of the Christian faith, and the importance of mathematics and communication. A review of basic math necessary for continued success in the engineering program is included.
Prerequisites: C- or higher in MAT109QR, or an ACT math score of at least 24 (SAT 570 or above), or permission of engineering department chair.
